Terms and Conditions
Contract Agreement
This contract is subject to all conditions listed below.
Payment
The guest shall pay a reservation deposit of 40% of the total booking cost in order to guarantee the reservation. In the case of bank wire transfer, Caprareccia will hold the reservation up to 3 business days to receive the wire transfer confirmation. 30 days before arrival at Caprareccia, the total balance due must be received by bank wire transfer. All wire transfer fees must be paid by the guest for both the deposit and remaining balance due. Caprareccia reserves the right to refuse payments for both deposit and balance due that incur additional bank fees. Please advise your bank to make the transfer amount inclusive of any fees.
Reservation Documentation
Upon receipt of the balance due, Caprareccia will send via email reservation documentation, complete travel directions and additional information regarding Caprareccia and the local area as requested by the guest.
Rental Period
Rental periods at Caprareccia begin and end on Saturdays. Arrival times begin at 4pm. Departure check-out is at 10am.
Guest Capacity
Caprareccia may accommodate up to 12 persons in 6 bedrooms. Additional persons may be allowed on the property for special events and only with the preauthorization of Caprareccia.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in neither the Villa nor church residence of Caprareccia. Pets may be allowed on the grounds by advance permission of Caprareccia.
Security Deposit
A fully refundable security deposit of Euro 500 must be paid upon arrival at Caprareccia by credit card. Any damages to the property grounds (including parking area, gardens, pool, bbq area, deck), exterior structures and all interiors must be presented to the manager of Caprareccia so that the damage assessment and compensation may be determined. Property damages that exceed the security deposit must be paid by the guest immediately.
Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to purchase travelers insurance including medical, theft and trip cancellation policies.
Liability
Caprareccia may not be held liable for any injury, damage or loss whatsoever or however caused while visiting Caprareccia except insofar as the injury, damage or loss is caused by direct negligence of Caprareccia or its employees.
Acceptance of Additional Fee Services
The guests are responsible for payment of any additional services requested at the local prices such as heat, telephone charges, fax charges, mobile telephone rentals, chef services, and internet dial up services. All prices will be agreed upon by both Caprareccia and the guests prior to initiation of services.
